Through the book Jake is being blind folded... is this a
symbolism to his blindness of himself or of the awakening within himself?
Jake Furie Lapin:
no symbolism, you will see he is blind aways, as it raises
the other senses

thought it was a metaphor of his awakening
Jake Furie Lapin:
nope, wasn't intended that way

In what way do you plan on integrating more of Kelli's POV
into book two?
Jake Furie Lapin:
it's already in kelli's POV, integrating more in what way?
like her childhood etc?
Sarah:
More in terms of knowing her thoughts, her emotions on where
she stands with what is happening with what Jake is demanding of her
Jake Furie Lapin:
I know you may want more, but this is Jake's story, she is a
subplot. You will learn more of her
thoughts and emotions in book 2, she is absorbing as a professional therapist
Sarah:
Tis true I do want more of kelli in terms of that way.
Will there be more blogs that go into book two and three?
And if so how?
Jake Furie Lapin:
I will be teasing book 2 elements for both Jake and Kelli,

do you plan on teasing in the same manner that you do now?
Jake Furie Lapin:
yes, but I gave away too much in the blogs, it will be
thinner with no endings online, the endings in the book

you plan on teasing with that as well

def mixed blogs, as that was a hit, and an audio book to
follow for book 1, I'll be busy

I will play jake, G-money my friend Gary, looking for Paul,
Kelli, Nina, etc

Everyone is always so quick to associate a dom and sub with
sex, but do you feel that sort of relationship is more than what people see, if
so how do you see it and how will they relate to the story line?
Jake Furie Lapin:
I believe its way more mental than physical, and it's a
lifestyle, not just sex, but in your public life, in work, in kid raising
etc...I teach my son BDSM thoughts, he just doesn't know it
Sarah:
how does that play out in the story line
will it come across as lessons for kelli
Jake Furie Lapin:
Jake is slowly changing Kelli the lifestyle

yes, and anyone is capable of multiple loves, part of 3

yes, like I said, I assert myself at work and raising my
child in my BDSM beliefs
even my relatiionships with my neighbors, family, friends

In your take over last night, I read that you said you would/could
switch in BDSM. Can you explain that?
Jake Furie Lapin:
I can be a sub, and a fem Dom me
Sarah:
is this something that we might see as a theme in TSOL
Jake Furie Lapin:
a true Dom starts as a sub, now I'm a Dom predominantly, but
I can switch with the right person on occasion,
the swtich part, perhaps in 3..not finished with designing 3
yet

since the release of your book, have you re-evaluated where
or how the characters interact with each other?
Jake Furie Lapin:
not really, I'm pretty happy with that part, i worked on it
for about 2 years..I wanted it longer though in a sense of word count, like 70K
instead of 58K, 250 pages vs the 177, but the crowd was ready.

I would like to switch things up a bit if you have time

for the trilogy

But for me it was told in the person telling the stories POV

is that any different than the book by anne rice, the
vampire telling his story thru the reporter?

he is telling her the story... HIM not her recounting the
story
she is a side note
a filler

correct, that's all I'm saying, it's his story told thru her
POV, that's the intention for me

again this is personal preference if told in her POV should
she not have more inner monologue... that is all i am saying... again personal
preference

Just because a couple readers gave low stars doesn't mean
they don't like your story, maybe just how it's written. Ex. Some ppl may love
the blog but not the book and vise versa. Do u see yourself using those low
stars as positive criticism to make u a better write for your fans?

After books 2 & 3 do you think you'll do a stand alone,
the reason I ask, have to say again, “Realized & Unrealized Sexual
Fantasies Part 2” still one of my favorites. Would love to see this story
played out, any chance of that?
Jake Furie Lapin:

I didn't know how book 3 would end, as it catches up to
Jakes' present
he talks about his present in 1 a lil, and 2 some. Book 3 could have led to bunch of novellas,
but I've decided on the ending

yes, i thought it was going to be open ended, Jake becoming
a single man, sexaholic, but in 3, he meets his match...

last night, I took it positive. I took both the 3 and 4 star critism and
asked the fans, helps me for book 2 and 3.

I the book Jake states that Elaine was pregnant with his
child, but in one take over you the author stated that child was given up for
adoption and in another take over the child was aborted, please clarify is
there a child and is it Jakes?
Jake Furie Lapin:
the REAL life answer is that it was aborted, the fictional
answer is adoption, sorry for that

Where in the book does it say the child was adopted?

the book doesn't say anything, I asnwered it twice in two
diff ways in a q&a session

I thought Jake told Kelli that Elaine was single and raising
the child
I thought it didnt say anything.
I was just wondering if I had blinked and missed that detail

when she became pregant, during the time she took Jake's virginity,
that was aborted
she didn't know who's baby it was
then when she left town, to the adjoining town, she had a
child with a guy named "sharky"
she raised that child as a single mom
